Good news: I and several of my friends who have been wearing Elling Bras daily and diligently have seen the result. Ours have become firmer and fuller but not maximal yet, please wait for another monthly update.
PS. This is not me...but my friend, we're wearing the same size though...hehehe

No, no pads at all. Look pretty and full, right? Just need to wear it correctly and it will slowly become firmer and fuller.
